350ccdbaf7 Rename docker-compose.yaml to compose.yaml and pull prebuilt images

Build and Push Docker Images / build-and-push (push) Successful in 1m33s
Details 
Use the images published by the new Gitea Actions workflow instead
of building locally, so deploys just pull the latest tag.
